Moving Coil Toroidal Transformers
Our low losses, low distortion, and extremely low DCR moving coil cartridge transformers are wound on annealed Amorphous tape wound cores. The typical primary DCR is only 0.25 Ohm for 1:20 model and secondary DCR is 10 Ohm.
In addition to our main line, for a small fee we can customize and match our transformers to ANY moving coil cartridge with impedance, inductance, damping, turn ratio, frequency response, and so on.
Since toroidal transformers generally have a great immunity to stray fields, and in most cases do not need additional shielding, the prices are given for unshielded versions. If needed, for an additional $25 we can pot them in a mu-metal can.
